RankFeedr and other products supplied by us as subscriptions can be cancelled for future billings by either
1. Contacting us here at the support desk at least (1 full business day) before the next renewal of your subscription (
Your email MUST be sent to the support desk and not some other email address not used for support.
) or...
2. By entering your PayPal account and cancelling the billing pre-approval before the subscription renewal occurs.

If you allow your subscription to renew, there are no refunds possible. No exceptions.
