If you have the very latest Adobe Air runtime, please note that the new maintainer, Harman, has removed Webkit (the browser component) from the framework. This component is used all over the place in RSS Authority Sniper, so it's really not something that can be fixed in a reasonable timeframe.

We would suggest as a workaround that you UNinstall the app, and then the Adobe Air framework itself, and reinstall a slightly older version of the framework, which you can find here:

Widows version:

https://airsdk.harman.com/assets/downloads/33.1.1.743/AdobeAIR.exe

Mac version:

https://airsdk.harman.com/assets/downloads/33.1.1.743/AdobeAIR.dmg

That version still contains the browser component and should work as before. Any versions of the framework that are newer than 33.1.1.743 are missing the browser component and won't work with RSS Authority Sniper.

Afterwards, then reinstall the RSS Authority Sniper App.
