How long do I have to request a refund?

All refund requests where the product can be refunded must be received in our support desk here at http://mindlinklabs.freshdesk.com or sent by email to support@mindlinklabs.freshdesk.com within 30 days of the date and time of purchase, and comply with all requirements and company policies for a refund. ThereĀ  is NO grace period.


What Information is required to process my refund?

Your valid refund request must include your Paypal Transaction number, and payment email address so we can find your transaction.


Requests without this information will not be considered valid requests until such date as you provide us with this information, so don't make our team chase you for them.


If I refund, can I get this product again later at my original discount?

No. Please be certain you really want a refund. If you refund your purchase and then wish to repurchase later, your new purchase will be at the prevailing current price, and your re-purchase will NOT be refundable. One refund per product only.


Software is NON-REFUNDABLE
Digital Software download purchases are FINAL and will not be refunded except in the case of the software not operating as designed on your computer. Additionally, you must first contact our support team for solutions, and FULLY cooperate with us in trying to resolve the issue before our staff will consider offering a refund. Software refunds will not be issued for illness, laziness, failure to follow directions, or because you bought it to pirate it.


RankFeedr Service Subscription Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, but in particular, violations of community standards on our subscription services such as publishing content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy (or our payment provider's TOS) will result in termination of your account. If you account was terminated by us for acceptable use violations, you will NOT receive a refund of fees.
